Ready for the Week Ahead

All of the baking is done and the cake is in the cooler and all pretty and ready to rock for the morning drop off. Relaxing in my chair and writing away and watching 60 minutes and thinking how far we have come as a country and how far we need to go, very scary at times but we as a country have always survived the worst of times. I'm not really ready for the workweek, want to do other things besides go to work but then the reality of being blessed to have a great job and work with some really incredible people and enjoy the job of helping people find suitable housing, albeit slow at times the fact that I am gainfully employed and make a great living doing so. So I buck up and ready for another workweek with much positive anticipation and will be ready for it , and the day off we get on Thursday for Veterans Day , no plans as of yet but we are planning big sisters Birthday dinner for the 13th somewhere somehow and under the guidance of Tim,good luck with that! We start the 30 minute lunch period tomorrow and will definitely take a toll on my workouts at work, will have to workout at Bally's from here on out as the 60 minute workout required can not be accomplished in 30. No big deal Bally's is a great gym and relatively inexpensive at 15 per month so that is a great investment in our health. My Friend Shawn from North Carolina will probably be in the area at the end of the month and will get to see him again which is a damn good thing, will have him over for a few home cooked meals, his training brings him to hueneme and will hopefully get to do lunch a few times during his 2 week stay, So for that I am really happy. So the weekend comes to a close and we essentially took care of all that we had planned which was very little but done nonetheless. So I need to finish up my laundry and get ready for the rain that's coming our way and keep the positive attitude that helps me get through the days, the can do attitude has been upgraded to will do and then already done. so much ground traveled and yet so much more road to venture upon. Wishing a great week to family and friends and know that the world where I live is a better place to be. good Day and Good times!
